Wing Luke Museum

The Pacific Coast has, for a long time, been a top destination for immigrants from Asia. Seattle is no exception. This city has a long and rich tradition of Asian American culture, and you can experience the historical and contemporary world of the Emerald City’s Asian presence via the Wing Luke Museum.

This museum is located up north from our motel in Puyallup, in Seattle’s famous International District/Chinatown. It is here that you can see artistic exhibits and informative displays on the Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and other Asian immigrant groups that helped to shape the region. Wing Luke also offers a series of Chinatown tours that takes you out of the museum and into some of the more fascinating sights of the district. Read more about the museum and its current exhibitions at the official website.
